K-OHN (or KONE) was a manumitted L-1 tactical droid that provided people with his programmed skills in exchange for energy and credits. K-OHN's personal goal was to gather enough funds to obtain a processor upgrade that would allow him to comprehend the idea of spirituality, but he also shared part his earnings with a band of street urchins he once befriended.[1] K-OHN was present in Jedha City shortly before the Galactic Empire's Death Star destroyed it[4] in 1 BBY.[5] He was equipped with an AA-1 VerboBrain.[1]
