The K'vath system was a star system located within the Mid Rim region of the galaxy[1] that contained the planet K'vath 5 and its moon Alakatha.[3]

In 11 ABY, Rogue Squadron defeated the Invids in the system to prevent a pirate raid on Alakatha, a New Republic resort.[3]
