Jonsior System Triangle

The Jonsior System Triangle was a provision served at Oga's Cantina on the Outer Rim planet Batuu[1] in 34 ABY,[2] for special occasions such as the cantina's Blutopian proprietor Oga Garra's birthday.[3] The dish, which shared its name with the Jonsior system, consisted of meat, rice, and other kernels shaped into a triangle with a brown sauce at the side. It was edible by humans.[1]

Behind the scenes

The Jonsior System Triangle first appeared as a provision available to guests at the real-world Oga's Cantina in the themed land Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge at Disneyland in Anaheim, California, exclusively for Star Wars Nites in 2025.[4] The dish returned to Oga's Cantina from July 18 to July 20, 2025 for the celebration of Oga Garra's birthday.[3] The menu described it as "Spiced Ham, Rice, Edamame, Quinoa and Furikake with Wasabi Teriyaki Sauce."[5][6]
