The Jidlor system was located in the Jidlor Marches, a part of the Mid Rim.[1] The system was home to the sentient Swaze[2] species.[3] Each standard year, the rulers of the Swaze were sent to Rellnas Minor, a moon in the[2] Expansion Region's[1] Rell system. There, the Swaze rulers sought advice from the un'Yala, chiefs of the indigenous Rellarin species who were widely known for their wisdom.[2]

Behind the scenes

The Jidlor system was first mentioned in Galaxy Guide 12: Aliens — Enemies and Allies, a 1995 sourcebook for West End Games' Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game. The section of the book mentioning the system was authored by Craig Robert Carey.[2] The 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas placed the Jidlor system in grid square J-16.[4]
