The Jedi Temple on Kordoku was a Jedi site that held a key to the galaxy's past which allowed the user to travel to different points in time.[1] In or after 35 ABY, Rey Skywalker was directed by the sacred Jedi texts to visit the temple on Life Day to use the key to the galaxy's past so a Jedi's future would become clear. She entered the temple, used the force to retrieve the key from inside, and used it.[1]
