Jaca Fatal was a human male smuggler who was contracted by the Sith cult known as the Unmasked to deliver supplies to their research station in Sector R-4. Jacal was paid in research, astronomical, and navigation data, which caused him trouble with Mex Briggam, as the data was gathered in part by a clone of the Czerka AI ARIA known as EVE, which led Mex to believe that Jaca was stealing Czerka corporate secrets. Mex kidnapped Jaca and tried to torture him for information, however he was interrupted by the Alliance Commander. Jaca worked out a deal with the commander; he would smuggle the commander onto the station and Jaca would go free. Jaca ended up saving the commander from the station's destruction.[1]
