A male individual was the father of the[1] crime lord[2] Jabba Desilijic Tiure. He was the son of Mama and Papa.[1]

Behind the scenes

Jabba's father was first mentioned, albeit unnamed, in the current Star Wars canon in Star Wars Super Graphic: A Visual Guide to a Galaxy Far, Far Away, a reference book written by Tim Leong and published by Chronicle Books in 2017.[1] Within the Star Wars Legends continuity, Jabba's father was established as Zorba Desilijic Tiure, a Hutt crime lord. The character of Zorba first appeared in the 1992 novel Zorba the Hutt's Revenge, which was written by Paul and Hollace Davids and illustrated by Karl Kesel.[3] While Zorba also exists in the canon continuity,[4] no connection was made between him and Jabba.
