Izzeebowe Jeef was a male Human hermit living on Tatooine during the Cold War between the Galactic Republic and the reconstituted Sith Empire. Considered a soothsayer, he knew the deserts well, and would often direct search parties or predict sandstorms. In 3643 BBY Sharack Breev brought the apprentice of Darth Baras to Izzeebowe Jeef in order to learn about the Demon's Blood ritual. Jeef was old and distracted easily but was able to describe the ritual for the Sith to undertake.
