The Irden tribe was one of three prominent tribes of the Ugnaught species from the planet Gentes. The other two known tribes were the Isced and the Botrut. Ecclessis Figg brought many Irden Ugnaughts to his tibanna-mining facilities in Cloud City on the nearby planet Bespin, where they lived in the southern section of the Mining Quarter.
