The Incident at Anoat was a collision between two Imperial-class Star Destroyers near Anoat during the pursuit of the Millennium Falcon after the ship's escape from Hoth. The details of the incident became required reading at the Imperial Academy on Raithal. The names of the pilots involved were posthumously recorded at the academy.[1]
