- "Remain calm."
"Out of my way."
"Oh. Please return to the examination table." - ―One of the droids attempts to calm its patient, Fives
The Imperial nanny droid,[2] also known as the Kaminoan medical droid,[7] was a model of nanny droid first used during the Clone Wars by the Death Watch Mandalorian splinter group,[1] as well as by the Galactic Republic.[4] It was used excessively by the Republic's successor state, the Galactic Empire, following the war[5] and earning the nickname "Imperial nanny droid."[2] The droid had two arms and floated in the air.[5]
In addition to medical purposes, this model also install cybernetics. One gave Savage Opress his cybernetic arm but when Opress wakes up, he destroys the droid until his brother Maul calms him down.[1] Another droid worked with a FX-7 medical assistant droid and a 2-1B surgical droid to healing Echo.[4]
An Imperial nanny droid scanned the Elite Squad Trooper ES-01, who pushed it away and stated he didn't join the Imperial Army to be scanned by droids.[5]
An Imperial nanny droid was aboard Transport 904 warned Tech about a danger shortly before it fully malfunctioned and shutdown due to an adolescent Zillo Beast escaping and eating the crew.[6]
Another unit healed Crosshair's arm after he was caught and captured by CX-2, who also cut his shooting hand, which had PTSD tremors from being experimented on.[8]
Behind the scenes
In the production process of "Aftermath," the droid was dubbed the Kaminoan medical droid, which was later revealed by Pablo Hidalgo.[7]

Pablo Hidalgo (@pabl0hidalgo) on Twitter (post): "@Grandmaster_Nic The Jedi Master was named in the script; it's a new character, but I'd rather someone more attached the show reveal that information. The other droids only have production names of Kaminoan training droid and Kaminoan medical droid." (original link is obsolete)
