An Imperial factory facility[3] was a type of prison factory the Galactic Empire maintained throughout their reign.[1][4] A number of these prison factories[1][4] were utilised to support the Imperial war machine, including producing parts such as EP-N5 fasteners for the Death Star.[5] These prisons incorporated control tactics such as Tunqstoid steel floors that could be electrified to keep prisoners in check.[1]
