The West Turbolaser was a ground based turbolaser protecting the Imperial Comm Station in the Boulder Forest region on the moon Toshara[1] during 3 ABY.[2] During that same year the outpost was guarded by a variety of troops from the Empire's Stormtrooper Corps.[1]
In 3 ABY,[2] the scoundrel Kay Vess stole an Ion Capacitator Charge from the turbolaser.[1]
Behind the scenes
The West Turbolaser first appeared in the 2024 Massive Entertainment video game Star Wars Outlaws. It was a location where the player could acquire the Ion Capacitator Charge, which was a key part in unlocking the concussive smoke ability from the slicer expert upgrades. The ability caused smoke bombs to have a concussive effect that left enemies staggered for two seconds.[1]
