The Iego council was a guild composed of residents and officials of the spaceport city of Cliffhold on Iego.[2]
The Jedi Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker came to the council during a mission to the planet, as they suspected that what the council believed to be an evil god known as Drol, was actually a Separatist security system. Council official Amit Noloff immediately opposed such an idea, however the Jedi were eventually able to convince the people of Cliffhold that Iego was not what they had believed it to be.[1]
