The Houramis clan was a clan of Alvadorjians from the planet Ylagia.[1]
Sometime after the Separatist Reintegration Day[1] in 19 BBY,[2] insurgent Saw Gerrera and his Partisans landed their starship Dalgo near the shantytown where the Houramis settled after fleeing the nearest spaceport city due to a planetwide drought. The Partisans offered the Houramis relief in the form of ration packs, power converters, and third-tier medkits, some of these originating from the Confederacy of Independent Systems cache site in Eyo-Dajuritz. Gerrera used this opportunity to speak to the Houramis to try to enlist them to his cause.[1]
Behind the scenes
The Houramis clan appeared in the 2025 novel Reign of the Empire: The Mask of Fear, written by Alexander Freed as the first installment of the Star Wars: Reign of the Empire trilogy.[1]

(backup link) states that Edge of the Abyss takes place a year before the events of Andor Season 1, which are set in 5 BBY per the reasoning here. Therefore, the events of Edge of the Abyss must be set in 6 BBY, and the events of The Mask of Fear in 19 BBY.
