Hotho Allaran was an obese male Twi'lek who lived in Mos Shuuta on the planet Tatooine during the the Galactic Civil War. Allaran operated a droid market inside the building Warehouse Aurek, and he was assisted by the protocol droid XL-77.
When Trandoshan bounty hunter Trex ventured to Mos Shuuta, Allaran was eager to meet with him because Trex had a reputation for seeking droids to purchase for use in his trade.
