Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

A T-series tactical droid served under the Chevin Major Hoom Garaf of the Confederacy of Independent Systems at the Third Battle of Aefao during the Clone Wars. Like all T-series tactical droids built by Baktoid Combat Automata, Garaf's tactical droid struggled with interactions and disagreements with organic beings. Because of this, the droid executed Garaf during the battle at[1] the world[2] Aefao due to a disagreement between them. This caused a chaotic firefight in the Separatist rear guard, which ultimately allowed the Galactic Republic to win the battle.[1]

Hoom Garaf's tactical droid was mentioned in The Essential Guide to Warfare, a 2012 reference book penned by Jason Fry and Paul R. Urquhart.[1]
