This device was a specialized type of holopuck intended to be used as a map to and of a location. When their village on the desert planet Golak was attacked, Charuk's father gave him one of these holoprojectors with coordinates to safety at a location known as the Golak Mahal, situated just outside of a city on the other end of the hovertrain line.[1]

This device first appeared in the Star Wars: Visions Volume 2 episode "The Bandits of Golak," written and directed by Ishan Shukla, and produced by 88 Pictures.[1] It was designed by both TG Satheesh and Aajjay Mahajan.[2]
