Hogan Tinmar was a human who served as a sergeant in the Royal Naboo Security Forces. He worked for Senator Padmé Amidala of Naboo early in the Clone Wars, where he often served as her speeder driver.[2] Later in the war, he returned to Naboo, to join the security detail of Queen Neeyutnee that protected her against Separatist droid army. [4]

Hogan Tinmar was a Naboo[1] who was 1.83 meters, or 6 ft tall.[1] He had brown eyes and brown skin.[2]

Tinmar was effective at armed combat, security and piloting airspeeders.[1]
