The Hitaka system was a star system located in the Cademimu sector of the Outer Rim Territories. It contained the planet Hitaka.

Behind the scenes

The Essential Atlas originally placed the Hitaka system in the Expansion Region, in grid square M-15.[4] This was later corrected by The Essential Atlas Online Companion, which placed the Hitaka system in the Cademimu sector of the Outer Rim Territories, in grid square M-6.[1]

Despite this however, maps of The Essential Atlas and The Essential Guide to Warfare showed the Hitaka system in the Oricho sector of the Outer Rim Territories, in grid square M-6.[4][5]
