"Hey You" is the sixth episode of the animated shorts series Star Wars Blips. It was first released September 1. 2017 during the Force Friday on the official Star Wars app.[1] A day later it was released on YouTube.[2]

Plot summary

While in a corridor, BB-8 stumbles upon a black First Order BB-series astromech droid known as BB-9E. He attempts to strike conversation with BB-E but the other droid ignores him before attacking him. During the struggle, BB-8 accidentally knocks off BB-9E's head. BB-8 re-attaches BB-9E's head and wheels away, leaving BB-9E to reboot.
