Hero of Vardos was a propaganda poster posted throughout Kestro, the capital city of the planet Vardos, a loyal Imperial world prior to 4 ABY. Hero of Vardos was dedicated to Admiral Garrick Versio,[1] who was credited with bringing Vardos into the Galactic Empire,[2] resulting in him being named the Hero of Vardos as well as having a statue dedicated to him in the Archive Courtyard.[1]
