Henku were a type of large, warm-blooded mammal that were believed to share common ancestry with the banthas of the desert planet Tatooine. Like banthas, they were domesticated for their milk, meat, and leather and also possessed curled brown horns. Covered in thick black skin and thick white fur, henku made ideal cattle for cold worlds such as the snowy, mountainous planet Kijimi, where fishers often used the creatures as beasts of burden while transporting goods between lakes and settlements such as Kijimi City.[1]
