Hebsly was a Human Imperial lieutenant, who served in the Anoat sector before being assigned to Endor. He was present aboard the second Death Star when Darth Vader made his unexpected visit to the battle station. He later used the excellent maneuverability of his TIE/LN starfighter, Scythe 3, in combat during the battle of Endor.
