The title of Head Medical Officer was used by Dr. Scalder[2] of the Galactic Empire's Advanced Science Division on Mount Tantiss.[1] Dr. Scalder oversaw cloning procedures and other scientific experimentation at Chief Scientist Dr. Royce Hemlock's directive.[2]
