Harmony squash was a type of vegetable edible to humans. During the High Republic Era, kitchen droids on the Starlight Beacon space station served the squash. While on the station[1] in 231 BBY,[2] the Jedi Padawan Reath Silas visited its dining facility and added some roasted harmony squash to his tray, excited at the selection of food offered there.[1]

Harmony squash appeared in Out of the Shadows, a 2021 young-adult novel written by Justina Ireland as part of the Star Wars: The High Republic multimedia project's[1] Phase I.[3]
