Harbo Wiis was an unsuccessful Corellian smuggler residing on Tatooine. He was once hired to bring a container of tirginni cologne to crime lord Ranon Djelkh, but badly botched the transaction when he sold it to another buyer and had it sent to the wrong docking bay.
