Han Salad was a type of salad[1] that was edible by humans.[2] Every day, stormtroopers of the Galactic Empire ate the salad, which was available on the menu of the Death Star Cafeteria located aboard the second Death Star superweapon. The salad had a similar name[1] to the smuggler Han Solo.[3]

Han Salad was mentioned in the 2016 activity book LEGO Star Wars: The Official Stormtrooper Training Manual, written by Arie Kaplan.[1]
