Halka Four-Den was the commander of an eight-member[1] Republic Scout Service[2] research team stationed on Dagobah before the Clone Wars. She kept an account of the exotic flora and fauna encountered on the distant planet, though much of it was lost. Among her discoveries were the unique knobby white spiders which later grew into the gnarltrees. Halka Four-Den and her research team later disappeared there before they could be retrieved.[1]
