A male^[1] individual who worked at a spaceport^[2] on the planet Daiyu was a contact for the con artist Haja Estree.^[3] In 9 BBY,^[4] they collaborated with Estree as part of a scam in which the con-man pretended to use a Jedi mind trick on the contact, who then allowed Estree's clients safe passage off-world. The contact allowed the young boy Corran and his mother,^[3] Nyche,^[5] to pass through Gate 3-C at the spaceport, which was operated by the contact.^[3]

The voice of Haja Estree's contact first appeared in "Part II" of the live-action limited series Star Wars: Obi-Wan Kenobi,^[3] and released on May 26, 2022.^[6]
