―The contact pretends to fall victim to Haja Estree's fake mind trick[3]

A male[1] individual who worked at a spaceport[2] on the planet Daiyu was a contact for the con artist Haja Estree.[3] In 9 BBY,[4] they collaborated with Estree as part of a scam in which the con-man pretended to use a Jedi mind trick on the contact, who then allowed Estree's clients safe passage off-world. The contact allowed the young boy Corran and his mother,[3] Nyche,[5] to pass through Gate 3-C at the spaceport, which was operated by the contact.[3]

Behind the scenes

The voice of Haja Estree's contact first appeared in "Part II" of the live-action limited series Star Wars: Obi-Wan Kenobi,[3] and released on May 26, 2022.[6]
