Amilyn Holdo dying her hair, using the substance of a morogian snap plant
Hair dye was used to change the color of a person's hair. The human weapon expert Sabine Wren did dye jobs to add rainbow streaks to her hair. Besides conventional dyes, there existed a Mon Cal microplankton that would bond with each strand of hair, giving it a bioluminescent glow.[1]
Resistance Vice Admiral Holdo frequently dyed her hair with chromomites.[2] She also made use of a purple substance found within carnivorous morogian snap plants as a hair dye.[3]
Naboo royal pilot Daneska Varbarós liked to dye her hair in an ongoing series of different colors.[4]
