H-3POA

H-3POA was a jade-colored protocol droid that belonged to a group of protocol droids that was owned by Popara the Hutt. H-3POA was given to Vago, Popara's main assistant, to operate in negotiations and meetings. Vago could understand and speak both Huttese and Galactic Basic Standard, but H-3POA in also used during other situations.
