Gungan Broth Noodles, also known as Pork Broth Noodles, was a noodle-based dish that consisted of pieces of pork sat atop a bed of noodles, vegetables, and mushrooms in a green broth.[1] In 34 ABY,[2] the dish was available at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo at Black Spire Outpost on the planet Batuu. It was fit for human consumption.[1]

Behind the scenes

This dish was found in the real world Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo restaurant in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge at Disneyland in Anaheim, California.[3] It was first available as a limited-time offering starting on November 12, 2021 for the park's Life Day festivities. At that point, it was referred to as Pork Broth Noodles.[3][4] The dish was brought back on August 17, 2022 for a limited time, where it was renamed to Gungan Broth Noodles.[3][5] The recipe was the same for both iterations of the dish.[3][5][4] Its menu description read, "Angel Hair Pasta with Bok Choy, Mushrooms, Roasted Pork and Yuzu-Tomato Compote in a Pesto-Tonkotsu Broth."[3]
