Griwstrick

Griwstrick was an unaligned terrestrial planet featuring patches of bamboos.^[2] It was situated in the Unknown Regions' Griwstrick system^[1] and constituted a part of the Rakatan Archipelago, a fragmented group of planets colonized by tribes of the Rakata species after the collapse of the Rakatan Infinite Empire^[2] around 25,200 BBY.^[3]

The Rakatan tribe that settled Griwstrick also brought guard animals there, including offshoots of the sand panther,^[2] a large feline predator native to the Core Worlds planet Corellia.^[4] Due to overbreeding among the Griwstrick sand panther variant, however, the offshoots were mutated and no larger in size than scurriers,^[2] small creatures from^[5] the Outer Rim Territories world Tatooine.^[6] The sand panthers on Griwstrick inhabited the planet's bamboo-covered areas.^[2]
