Grenade clings were a type of attachment used to make explosive devices latch onto targets. They could be composed of electromagnets, adhesive polymer, or plastoid webbing. Grenade clings costs 70 credits on the market and could be attached to any explosive device. Notable models included the Merr-Sonn Munitions CN-55 EM Lock and the SoroSuub STK-17 Demolitions Device.[1]
Behind the scenes
Grenade clings were first mentioned in Fully Operational,[1] a 2018 sourcebook for the Star Wars: Age of Rebellion roleplaying game published by Fantasy Flight Games.[2]
