Drake, best known as Grandma Drake, was a female chef who was famous for her cooking recipes during the Galactic Civil War. After the Battle of Yavin, Alliance Intelligence Agent Garek once stored Grandma Drake's soup recipes on several datadisks and ordered new recruits to retrieve them as a loyalty test.[1]

Grandma Drake was mentioned in the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies, a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game developed by Sony Online Entertainment and published by LucasArts,[1] prior to its closure on December 15, 2011.[2] Grandma Drake was mentioned during the "New Player Tutorial,"[1] introduced with the release of the "Publish 25," a.k.a. the "New Game Enhancements," on November 15, 2005.[3]
