Gnorts were herbivorous herd animals from Naboo.
Gnort meat was comestible. The cookbook Essential Cooking Skills detailed how to best cook that meat.[3] These creatures were sold as dried meat by Tasty Dried Critters franchise on Tatooine.[4]
