- "It is like raising a glor-ag."
- ―Breha Organa, about Leia Organa
A glor-ag was a type of creature.[1] In 9 BBY,[2] Queen Breha Organa of the planet Alderaan compared raising her daughter Leia Organa to raising a glor-ag after the princess snuck out into a forest to go shipspotting rather than preparing for an event.[1]
Behind the scenes
In the current Star Wars canon, glor-ags were first mentioned in the first episode of the Star Wars: Obi-Wan Kenobi television series,[1] which aired on May 27, 2022.[3] The creatures originated in the Star Wars Legends continuity, where they were called glor'ags in an article in the "Wanted by Cracken" series that was written by Craig Robert Carey and published in Star Wars Adventure Journal 10 in May 1996.[4]
