Gipper was a planet,[2] located in the Inner Rim.[3] It had a submoon named Croyden which was known to have a very inefficient postal system.[2]

Gipper was mentioned in "The New Wonder Column," a tongue-in-cheek column written by Anthony Daniels in Star Wars Insider 27. Its moon was later included in the Appendix of The Essential Atlas.
