The Garra Outpost Roll was a provision served at Oga's Cantina on the Outer Rim planet Batuu[1] in 34 ABY.[2] The dish was named after the cantina's Blutopian proprietor Oga Garra and was served in honor of her birthday.[3] It was edible by humans.[1]
Behind the scenes
The Garra Outpost Roll first appeared as a provision available to guests at the real-world Oga's Cantina in the themed land Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge at Disneyland in Anaheim, California, exclusively for Star Wars Nites in 2023.[4] The dish returned later that summer from July 18 to July 20, 2023 as a celebration of Oga Garra's birthday. The menu described it as a "seaweed rice roll with pickled vegetables, spiced ham paté, Fresno chiles, and salty and tangy chile sauce."[5][3]
