Gannesa juice was a juice that was potable by Ortolans.[1] Around 4 ABY,[2] the Ortolan musician Max Rebo excitedly anticipated a dinner at which gannesa juice would be served. However, he ultimately received neither the dinner nor the juice.[1]

Gannesa juice was mentioned in "And the Band Played On: The Band's Tale," a short story written by John Gregory Betancourt and published in the Tales from Jabba's Palace story collection in 1995.[1]
