Gandorthral Atmospherics was a company that produced the Roamer-6 emergency breathing mask, a make of breath mask that was considered inexpensive, versatile and effective. Due to these characteristics, Gandorthral Atmospherics' Roamer-6 breath masks were standard issue on most starships and escape pods. The YT-1300 light freighter known as the Millennium Falcon was carrying Gandorthral Atmospherics breath masks on board when it fled from the planet Hoth[1] in 3 ABY.[2]

Behind the scenes

Gandorthral Atmospherics was first mentioned in the current canon in the 2018 reference book YT-1300 Millennium Falcon Owners' Workshop Manual, which was written by Ryder Windham.[1] The company originated in the Star Wars Legends continuity, where it was first mentioned in Galladinium's Fantastic Technology, a supplemental book for Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game released by West End Games in 1995.[3]
