Gallan was a male Human officer of the Rendili Home Defense Fleet. He served as a Lieutenant and was stationed aboard the flagship Mersel Kebir and supported fellow Lieutenant Mellor Yago's coup against Captain Jace Dallin. Gallan was executed by Yago during the Battle of Rendili.
