Galdovar was a Human male Galactic Republic Intelligence agent who was in contact with Hallena Devis on JanFathal in the city of Athar during the Clone Wars.[1] In 22 BBY,[2] he contacted Devis about Merish Hath and Shil Kaval who were serving as allies to the Confederacy of Independent Systems. He was able to give her a code name, known as Orla Taman.[1]
