Ergo was a fuel station orbiting some planet. Controlled by the Empire, it supplied ships, even smuggling ones. In addition to the standard strength of officers, Stormtroopers and commandos, the station also employed Gamorreans, Trandoshans and Gran mercenaries and thugs.

The station had a circular layout, surrounded by a circular corridor with six circular nodes; areas of the station were full of PGUs. The northern and northwestern nodes had circular stairwells that led to two docking bays that accommodate ships; a rotating arm or corridor, controlled by the main control room, connected the bays with the main base. The northeastern node housed a cantina whereas the southeastern node led to the higher level with the fuel room; a rotating walkway from a central "island" connected four circular balconies around the area; the northwestern one led to a corridor to the main control room, at the higher level.[1]

History

Sometime in 1 ABY a smuggler ship bound to rendezvous with the Super Star Destroyer Executor, was being supplied in the station. Kyle Katarn, was hoping to discover the secret location of the Arc Hammer facility, known only by the Executor; the agent boarded the station and hijacked the smuggler ship, which eventually took him to the Executor.[1]

Behind the scenes

Jason Fry, co-author of The Essential Atlas, indicated in June 2015 that Ergo was excluded from The Essential Atlas Online Companion because it was a military code name.[2]
