The Free Ryloth Movement utilized an underground base on the planet Ryloth's third moon. The group's leader, Cham Syndulla spent several days at the base planning an assault on the Star Destroyer Perilous that was transporting Galactic Emperor Palpatine and Darth Vader to Ryloth.[1]
