Unidentified Gand (Taris) (history - links - logs - delete - protect)

Appears in one panel on the second page of the issue in question. I can confirm the article sums up all he does-which is nothing apart from standing there. The infobox saying his homeworld is Taris is speculation. Completely non-notable.
