Unidentified 2-1B surgical droid (Jedi Temple) (talk - history - links - logs - delete - protect)

This droid is in the room as Obi-Wan talks to Mace and Yoda as well as prepares to transform into Rako Hardeen. Interrupting the conversation, this droid says "Facial transformation program loaded." The shot shows the droid for a few seconds before turning to Obi-Wan again. Although this line probably does not constitute a "simple" exclamation or statement, I would argue that this line is not at all significant. Due to the fact that this droid exists for only a matter of seconds, I think this individual is not notable. Wok142 (talk) 23:31, 7 September 2022 (UTC)

  10. I've long believed our notability policy is worded to err too much on the side of cluttering the wiki with needless "Unidentified..." articles. Here, for example, the fact that "Kenobi will be undergoing an actual facial transformation" is easily and more appropriately documented in the relevant plot summary; this droid's article is not required for that, and the droid himself does nothing to affect the plot.
