Gethralkin summed it up nicely on the talk page

The sections concerning technology are filled with references used only as game mechanics to encourage progression in a strategy game. They are not relevant here. I therefore recommend removal of those sections either completely or to a subsection in the article the game itself is described in.

   This article should be kept. 2. Hang on people. Just because the article is badly written does not mean the actual subject isn't canon. It is a canonical building from the game, and as such, deserves an article.    Why can't this article be kept,even though does need help, can't someone just do it. This also covers a topic that has somehow been passed over by the Wookieepedians.
