List of references to Star Wars in video games (talk - history - links - logs)

Does not set out to do what its title claims. Almost every section and every entry in the article has nothing to do with mentioning Star Wars, but instead draws parallels to things that happened in Star Wars and the video game. If I read the title correctly, it should only cover any part of a video game that states something along the lines of "This situation feels a lot like Star Wars" - otherwise, why isn't there a List of references to Star Wars in eating a meal? And even if I misinterpreted the original goal, over 75% of the information stored on the article isn't even relevant to even that loose description. Arguments for Keeping

  1. I was too lazy to read the entire thing. (I mean, it is pretty long). But based on the first third or so that I did read, I don't see that it needs to be deleted. Although there are a few pretty big stretches that could stand to be removed, it seems like a lot of them really are legitimate references. I think someone should do a large cleanup of it, but I don't see that its existence is a huge problem. Wildyoda 23:58, 26 December 2007 (UTC)
  2. True, a lot of it is nonsense. But appearances of Darth Vader, quotes from the films, etc are all valid. It might be trivia, but if we delete this, we should get rid of all the similar lists.   4. Keep and cleanup per Green Tentacle. This was originally a branch of List of references to Star Wars, which was systematically broken up for size reasons into more manageable chunks. Deleting this page would leave a gap in that system, as well as a precedent to delete any one of the remaining pages the moment it gets a little bit too crufty. jSarek 04:23, 2 January 2008 (UTC)
